When you use Marktap to create and edit notes:

• All notes are saved locally using macOS system preferences storage

• No internet connection is required to use the app
• We cannot access your notes at any time

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we don't collect personal information, your data security is maintained by your device's built-in security features.

Marktap does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The app is a general utility tool that does not require any personal information to function.
